PROSHIP's latest freight policy applies in 2022
Scope of goods delivery:
Ho Chi Minh City:
- Inner city: Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, Tan Binh, Tan Phu.
- Suburbs: Districts 9, 12, Thu Duc.
Hanoi:
- Inner city: Cau Giay, Hoan Kiem, Thanh Xuan, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da, Hoang Mai districts.
- Suburbs: Tu Liem, Long Bien, Ha Dong districts.
Delivery and collection time:
- Work from Monday to Saturday (except holidays).
- delivery and collection requests is from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Orders requested after 5:30 p.m. will be considered orders on the next working day.
- Time to answer customer questions and complaints is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Delivery time is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and payment is made on behalf of customers upon request or every Friday.
- Unlimited collection amount.
Package size and weight:
Regulated goods:
- Package weight must not exceed 4kg.
- Dimensions of the dimensions do not exceed 90cm.
In case the goods are outside the allowed size, the goods must be separated into smaller packages that can be packaged and each package is counted as one order. If it cannot be separated, the fee will be doubled.
Bulky and oversized goods:
- Package weight must not exceed 300kg.
- Width must not exceed 1m, length must not exceed 3m.

Payment methods:
- Individual customers: Pay the freight when Proship comes to receive the goods.
- Business customers and customers signing long-term contracts: Summarize and pay monthly fees.
