The terms below are specified to ensure the responsibilities and rights of customers and Bac Nam freight shipping Proship.vn. Issues will be discussed and resolved by both parties in a transparent manner, ensuring the highest interests of customers.
When you agree to use the shipping service of freight company , it means you have agreed to the terms below:
Article 1: Items not accepted for shipping
- Narcotics and psychostimulants.
- Weapons, ammunition, and military technical equipment.
- Depraved and reactionary cultural products, publications and documents aimed at public sabotage against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
- Objects or substances that are explosive, flammable, and substances that are dangerous or unsanitary, causing environmental pollution.
- Items and goods that the state prohibits from circulation, trading, export or import.
- Vietnamese money, foreign money and valuable papers like money.
- Precious metals (gold, silver, platinum...), precious stones or other products made from precious metals and gems.
Article 2: Deposits are subject to conditions
- Business goods must have tax documents according to law.
- Import and export goods must comply with the regulations of the competent specialized management agency.
- Perishable goods, liquids, and powders are packaged to ensure they do not cause damage or contaminate other items.
Article 3: Complaint resolution
- Resolve all questions and complaints about parcels with a delivery time of no more than 30 days from the date of shipment.

- All complaints will be handled by the customer service department as well as proship staff and responded within 7 working days at the latest.
Article 4: Responsibilities of the sender
- Declare correct and complete relevant information on the receipt.
- Wrap the goods to ensure the safety of the goods, prepare all invoice documents if there is a collection .
- Full payment of fees.
Article 5: Responsibilities of the recipient
- Guests must present identification documents proving legality or a letter of introduction from the company/agency.
- Check the goods before receiving them.
- Full payment of fees (collection if required)
Article 6: Responsibilities of Proship.vn
- Check the legality of the parcel before accepting it. You can refuse if the goods are illegal or potentially harmful to the delivery person.
- Ensuring the safety of postal items from the time they are received until they are delivered to the person entitled to receive them.
Article 7: Exemption from compensation liability with proship.vn in the following cases:
- Goods were delivered as agreed.
- The sender did not provide complete information and necessary documents for delivery, leading to losses such as damaged goods due to long storage, fines for violations, and confiscation of goods.
- Goods are damaged or lost due to the shipper's fault.
- Confiscated or destroyed by a competent state agency because the content inside violates the law's prohibitions on sending.
- The sender did not have documents confirming delivery.
