When using the freight transportation service of Bac Nam Proship Freight Transport Company in Ho Chi Minh City or from Ho Chi Minh City to other provinces and cities nationwide, you can make payment using the following forms: following formula:
In case, you do not use the COD collection service
– Customers request “sender to pay”: Customers pay on-site to Proship staff.
– Customers request "recipient pays": The employee delivers the goods to the recipient and the recipient must pay the shipping fee .
In case, you use the collection service
Proship offers free transfer fees for customers receiving collection via bank accounts registered with ProShip.vn .
If customers do not have a bank account, they can receive cash directly at the warehouse:

- You will be paid in cash for orders successfully delivered after 24 hours. To avoid wasting time waiting, please notify us 60 minutes in advance when you want to receive money at Proship headquarters.
- Before collecting payment by bank transfer for you, Proship will send you an Email with the content of the orders paid in this payment period and your account number. After you read the Email, if you have any errors or questions, please write a feedback email to Proship, Proship will answer your questions.
