Prepare documents:

- Copy of Land Use Rights Certificate or land lease contract of the growing area;
- Drawing of the current status of the growing area;
- Minutes of inspection of the growing area by the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection.
Submit application:
Exporters submit applications at the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection where watermelon growing areas are located.
Issuance of growing area certificate:
If the growing area meets China's plant quarantine requirements, the Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection will issue a Growing Area Certificate to the exporting enterprise within 5 days.
