II. PRICE LIST FOR PICKUP AND DOCUMENT DELIVERY

1. Fee for local pickup or delivery from Song Than warehouse

2. Fee for door-to-door pickup or delivery from Dong Anh warehouse

Note:
- The above price does not include 10% VAT and loading and unloading
- Motorbikes can only carry foam boxes up to 50kg, maximum size 90cm x 60cm x 50cm
- Point drop cost: 150,000 VND/point (same route)
– Cost of canceling the vehicle without notice within 2 (two) hours of receiving the goods: 50% of the cost of the trip
– Cost of returning the goods if the quality is not up to par or for any reason from the customer: 50% of the
cost whole trip.
– If the delivery point is prohibited from loading, prohibited hours, prohibited from stopping, prohibited from parking, making the vehicle unable to deliver
, the customer will be responsible for handling the matter.
– Parking fee is calculated from the 2nd hour of travel: 150,000 VND/hour (for small 1T vehicles);
200,000 VND/hour (for vehicles larger than 2T).
– Cargo Insurance fee is 1% of goods value.

V. REGULATIONS ON GOODS 

• Proship stipulates that the goods being transported do not belong to prohibited goods or goods contrary to the provisions of Vietnamese law. 
• Goods accepted for transport in this service are frozen goods, frozen and stored in cold storage or suitable storage facilities.
• Goods accepted for transportation must be packaged properly to ensure safety during transportation

BECAUSE. INDEMNITY

      Proship is not responsible for compensation for damage to goods in the following cases: 

• The sender provides incorrect information or does not provide complete information and documents for delivery, resulting in damage to the goods due to prolonged storage, confiscation, fines for violations or destruction due to the contents. in violation of the law's prohibitions on sending. 
• The goods were damaged due to the shipper's fault or due to improper packaging according to Proship's requirements.
• The sender did not have documents confirming delivery. 
• Proship is not responsible for internal defects or hidden defects in the goods in case the goods are delivered in their original intact condition. 
• Goods damaged due to force majeure conditions such as ferry jams, road jams, natural disasters, wars, riots, embargoes, actions of military or civil authorities, fires, floods, accidents , strikes, natural disasters, enemy disasters, and viral disasters
