Step 1: Receive Request to Ship to USA
Customer contacts Proship Logistics, an ocean container shipping company, via Hotline/Zalo/Email,… requesting to ship goods to the USA by sea. Provide information such as goods name, quantity, shipping time, origin port, destination port, etc.
Step 2: Quote Ocean Freight Service to USA
Customer receives consultation on suitable transportation methods, payment terms, and delivery conditions. We also advise on customs declaration procedures and obtaining necessary permits for goods. Afterward, Proship sends an all-inclusive Vietnam-USA Ocean Freight Rate Sheet for reference. If the customer agrees to the price, the shipping plan will proceed with cargo preparation. For consolidated (LCL) and full container (FCL) orders, goods will be transported to the warehouse at the seaport.
Step 3: Sign Shipping Contract, Complete Customs Declaration
To ensure customer benefits when shipping to the USA, the customer proceeds with signing the contract. Our Import-Export documentation staff will complete the set of documents and declare customs on the VNACCS/VCIS system.
