You can do one of the following two ways to request Proship to pick up the goods and deliver them to the destination:

- Proship only accepts goods when an order is created on the system with complete information including house address, street, ward, district.
- Depending on the package and the entire order process, Proship has different delivery times: Pick up goods before 11:30 or before 18:30.
Step 2: Receive parcels at your door
- Once Proship Freight Forwarding Company has received information about your bill of lading, the dispatcher will call to confirm the pickup information.
- Once you have successfully confirmed, the dispatcher will send a delivery staff directly to receive your goods.
