According to Circular 27/2012/TT-BKHCN: PVC-coated electrical wires with rated voltage up to and equal to 450/750V when imported to Vietnam will be subject to quality inspection when: Imported goods are personal luggage, diplomatic goods, fair exhibition goods, gifts, goods and materials temporarily imported for re-export, goods in transit, materials and equipment serving investment projects, goods in the field of national defense security, national secrets, nuclear radiation safety and other goods not for business purposes according to the provisions of law.
