In case the above deadline has not yet been fully supplemented, the organization or individual must send a document to the inspection agency clearly stating the reason and completion time;
  • In case the importing organization or individual does not fully complete the dossier within the prescribed time, within 03 working days from the expiration date of the dossier supplementation period, the inspection agency will issue a notice of results. Check the quality of imported steel according to the provisions in Appendix VII issued with this Joint Circular, in the notice clearly stating "the shipment does not have complete documents" sent to importing organizations and individuals. customs authorities;
  • In case imported steel has documents that do not match the import documents or do not conform to the applicable announced standards, within 03 working days, the inspection agency will issue a notice of inspection results of imported goods. The import does not meet the quality requirements according to the form specified in Appendix VII issued with this Joint Circular, which must clearly state the reason and send it to the importing organization, individual and customs authority.
