“4. Motorcycles and motorbikes must not load goods or luggage beyond the width of the cargo rack according to the manufacturer's design by 0.3 meters on each side, and beyond the rear of the cargo rack by 0.5 meters. The cargo loading height from the road surface must not exceed 1.5 meters."

- In terms of width, do not exceed 0.3 meters on each side (according to the manufacturer's cargo rack design).
