Green channel

Customs checks detailed documents (paper documents), not detailed inspection of goods. According to Article 11, Decree 154/2005/ND-CP - Exemption from physical inspection of goods for:

Red stream
Customs checks detailed documents, and conducts direct inspection of goods. With the levels of physical inspection of shipments based on Circular 112/2005/TT-BTC:
- Physical inspection of no more than 5% of the shipment: Conducted to assess the goods owner's compliance with customs laws. If there are no signs of violations, the inspection will end; if any, the inspection will continue until when determining the level of violation.
- Physical inspection of 10% of shipments: Goods are exempt from physical inspection, but the customs authority, through analysis of information, finds signs of violations, conducts inspection, and if there are no violations, ends the inspection. , if so, continue checking until the level of violation is determined.
- Physical inspection of the entire shipment: For goods whose owners repeatedly violate customs laws.
Procedures for implementing customs clearance
