Article 4: Means of transport

4/ Party B must clean the means of transport upon receiving the goods. The cost of cleaning the means of transport after delivery must be borne by Party A of [SO TIEN] VND.

Article 5: Regarding documents for transporting goods
1/ Party B must make a goods notification (must be signed and stamped by Party B's representative) before the time of delivery.
2/ Party B must confirm to Party A the number and tonnage of vehicles that can be deployed within 24 hours before Party A delivers the goods. If Party A does not confirm the vehicle request, Party B is not responsible.
3/ Party A must make a bill of lading for each delivery clearly stating the name of the goods and quantity (must be written clearly, not erased, crossed out, added, overwritten or pasted... In case of need for correction or deletion ... Must have signed authentication). Party A must be responsible for what they write in the bill of lading delivered to Party B.
4/ Party A must attach the bill of lading with other necessary documents so that specialized agencies can request presentation during inspection such as:

Article 7: Responsibility for loading and unloading goods

Article 8: Resolving goods loss

Article 9: Person escorting goods (if necessary)

If you do not help or control the vehicle as requested by the escort to preserve and protect the goods or have other irresponsible acts causing damage to the goods owner, you must be responsible for your own fault.
Article 10: Payment of transportation fees
1/ The main fees that Party A must pay to Party B include:

Article 11: Insurance registration
