Established in 2015, Proship Logistics provides multimodal transport, customs clearance and bonded warehousing, connecting Vietnam with Laos, Cambodia and international markets.
Proship invites transport companies, truck owners and drivers to join our fertilizer, ore and rubber transport projects between Laos and Vietnam. Regular cargo volumes, clear contracts and advance payments help partners plan their operations and build long-term cooperation.

Documents to prepare +
Registration and roadworthiness inspection certificates for the tractor unit and trailer; national ID and driving licence; the driver’s passport; valid vehicle insurance; and a good-conduct/background clearance certificate.
Transit permits for the tractor unit and trailer, if available. Proship can assist with applications if needed. Bank-financed vehicles require a valid confirmation from the bank.
Fuel support and payment +
Drivers refuel at designated stations and retain the receipts; fuel costs are settled later. Advance amounts depend on the project and trip.
Completed volumes are confirmed weekly, with reconciliation and payment the following week once all valid documents are received. Detailed terms are governed by the contract.
